Now it is official that VTU has confirmed and issued new circular stating it has extended the holidays for 15 days more. Circular content is posted below.
As we are all aware of the severe situation through which the entire globe is going through and Hon’ble
Prime Minister has announced 21-day total national lockdown with effect from 25th March, 2020, to
avoid further spread of corona pandemics.
Our Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka has also specially requested for this quarantine.

VTU issued one more circular quoting
“In the wake of COVID – l-9, it is felt necessary to discourage the movement of students from one place to another. Hence, it is hereby brought to the notice of the students and parents that, no documents will be issued to the students by hand at university offices.
However, students may post their applications with necessary documents and the same will be processed and sent to their respective address.
