Howdy folks!

How y’all doing? I hope everything is fine. 🙂

Have you people ever felt that? like, losing your interest on studies? And losing your courage on passion?

Yeah personally I have felt like this and I have seen many, who joins engineering with a passion up to it’s fullest and after few semesters of their engineering course they start to feel “It isn’t my cup of tea”!

Why does this happen?
PASSION TURNING IN TO BURDEN?

What is the reason behind it?
Is it because of less grades and marks which we secure in our semester exams?

When you don’t know what to do in life, then do engineering

There must be some reasons behind it right? Let’s find out.
1. Especially in a developing country like India, as a science student after passing 12th you have only 2 options left, which is either MBBS or B.E, unless your parents are mature enough to let you choose the field you are interested in.
2. Since MBBS is a course which demands our marks multipied by 2 🙁
only a handful of students go for it and others left with only 1 choice-Engineering
3. There are a lot students who follow the herd of sheeps and joins engineering just because everyone else is doing so without caring much about branch and their field of interest and passion.
4. Most importantly those who follow their passion and joins engineering and after few months, losing interest just because of the less marks and not so good results in their semester exams.
Most probably many students fall in to 3rd category. They join engineering just like everyone else and fail utterly. We want to study engineering but most of the students fail in securing good marks and aggregate in their academic performance as well as aptitude.
How does it feel to study something which you don’t like?
So what if you already joined engineering and now regret it about your decision?
Let’s look in to the issue and what you can do now.
*Try and include a bit of academics in your daily routine by yourself, not caring about the syllabus at once, not perhaps of your text books, not even maybe of your previous semester marks, but something which inspires you.
*Everyone of us is willing to achieve something in our life, but to do that, we need to work hard (Work smart too!)  in our own innerselves and talents which we have. So concentrate on that rather than making yourself a book worm and look around nature to motivate yourself.
*Do something else that gives you peace (writing, painting, singing, playing an instrument, any sport, yoga, teaching, social service) to remove monotonicity but realize what you’re here truly for and don’t get to a point where it drives you into tension.
*There has to be at least one professor who is open with students. Befriend them, go and talk to them in office hours, they will surely help you out and clear your doubts on the subject.
If you are finding diffficulty in studying, try to search and learn from google and wikipedia and watch online videos from youtube to clear your doubts and make sure you are learning everything which fetch you decent marks in your examinations.
Just keep one thing in mind that, once you have your degree, then there will be endless oppurtunities for you to lead your life in your aspired field. You can write many competitive exams and secure your future!
At last, only You can save yourself! So do it, for the love of yourself!
